We have designed and built both Tiffany style and Leaded Stained Glass windows for numerous customers in northeast South Dakota and beyond, all with happy customers. The going rate for stained glass is $165.00 per square foot (no more than 15 pieces per square foot)(a higher rate is charged for pieces with more intricate pieces). A proposal includes a contract with all anticipated expenses. Our proposals & contracts include:
- Complete pre-design and design services
- In person presentations and site visits
- All travel-related expenses
- Glass & materials
- Fabrication labor
- Crating & shipping
- Installation labor & expenses if needed to be done by another company. We do not install the windows. They must be picked up from our shop. We do not transport the windows or install them but have and recommend several companies that we have worked with before.
- Telecommunications, photocopying, mail, overnight services, etc.
- Fine Art & general liability insurance
- Maintenance and conservation manual
